Mr. S. Harris - Assistant Principal


Mrs. R. Reed - Assistant Principal

ReNeice Reed is currently a 6th grade assistant principal at Dr. Billy E. Dade Middle School. She comes with over 15 years of experience in the field of education, thirteen of which have been within Dallas ISD.  Reed served the students and staff at Harry Stone Montessori Academy (2013-2022) in various capacities: International Baccalaureate (IB) Coordinator, Campus Coordinator, Test Coordinator, AVID Coordinator, and Campus Instructional Coach (CIC).  She was responsible for ensuring program implementation for PreK-5th grade with Montessori & 6th-8th grade with IB, professional development, facilitating PLC, implementing district initiatives, district & state assessment logistics, etc.  As a member of the campus leadership team Reed worked closely with administrators, CILT, and counselors to ensure that teachers and students were supported to achieve academic excellence. As a classroom teacher, Reed taught Geometry, Algebra II, & Pre-Calculus Pre-AP at Lincoln High School (2007-2011) and Algebra I & Math 8 at Lancaster Middle School (2011-2013). Student achievement ranged from 85%-100% passing on state assessments under her instruction, helping to close the achievement gap with students of minority backgrounds. 

 

Reed graduated from Texas A&M University- Commerce with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics. She earned her Master's of Education in Educational Leadership, with principal certification and a focus on STEM, from the University of North Texas at Dallas. She is a Dallas ISD alumni seeking to give back to the district that poured so much into her as a young scholar.  Her favorite quote is “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” ~Nelson Mandela.


Mr. D. Frazier - Assistant Principal

Dominique Frazier was named as one of the Assistant Principals of Billy E. Dade Middle School for the 2019-2020 school year.  Previously Mr. Frazier served DISD in a leadership role and Middle School Athletic Director at Billy E. Dade from 2014-2019.

 

Mr. Frazier graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Sociology.  He earned a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and obtained his Principal credentials through Lamar university’s Educational Leadership Program.  Mr. Frazier has 18 years of educational experience in various capacities including serving as an Inclusion Teacher, Redirection Unit Teacher, and Itinerant Behavior Teacher.  He is a husband and father of three and enjoys farming in his spare time.
