Campus Demo Teachers/Coordinator
Ms. T. Jackson - Math Demo/IC
Tamicha Jackson serves as the Campus Instructional Coach for Math. She has her certification in middle and high school math as well as special education. Previously, Jackson has served as a transformational math teacher in the Dallas Independent School District. In that role she taught and implemented the district’s math curriculum to at-risk students of all diversities. She taught with passion, energy and creativity leading over 80% of her students to pass the State of Texas Academic Assessment. She also led the boys’ basketball team to win their first district championship in 2019.
Jackson graduated cum laude from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. She is currently working on her master’s degree in educational leadership. Tamicha has over 10 years of educational experience in mathematic curriculum. She is a self-proclaimed mathematician. Tamicha also has professional experience in basketball, after graduating from Louisiana Tech she was drafted, in the first round, to the WNBA. She has traveled all over the world playing basketball and serving as a role model to young female athletes. Tamicha enjoys reading the Bible and biking in her spare time. Her favorite quote is “the ability to learn is the most important quality a leader can have.”

TaNequa Jones was named Reading Campus Instructional Coach of Dr. Billy E. Dade Middle School for the 2021-2022 school year. Previously Ms. Jones served as a lead teacher and TEI campus Expert at Billy E. Dade from 2015-2021.
Ms. Jones graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Communications. After discovering her love for teaching, she decided to obtain her teaching credentials through the Texas Teachers Alternative Certification Program. Ms. Jones has 10 years of educational experience in Dallas ISD. She has worked at 3 campuses, but her educational passion has been the turnaround work she has done in South Dallas for the last 8 years. There is nothing more rewarding than the work she has done while at DADE.
Ms. V. Pipkin - Campus Coordinator
Vonda Pipkin named Culture Coordinator-Administrative Intern. Previously, Pipkin had served at Dade/MLK King as the Campus Coordinator, Test Coordinator, SEL Coordinator, Mentor Coordinator, DTR University Coordinator, since August 2018. In these roles, she led Dr. Martin Luther King Elementary, and Dr. Billy Earl Dade Middle school to the number one climate and culture, double-digit gains in all subjects, HEB award, number one growth in the state of Texas.
Pipkin graduated from Northwood University at Cedar Hill with a degree in business management. She is pursuing a master’s degree in educational administration at The University of Phoenix. Pipkin has 14 years of educational experience in various capacities, including as a special education teacher, campus coordinator, culture coordinator, test coordinator, social-emotional coordinator, department chair, earned distinguished teacher review, mentor coordinator, and distinguished teacher review coordinator. She is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time. Her favorite quote is, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11.”
